Shipping policy

We work hard to keep our shipping rates reasonable while ensuring your items are delivered in the most efficient and reliable way possible.

• Orders ship via USPS, UPS, and DHL. Carrier options vary based on item and destination. You can expect an automatic email with tracking details once your order ships.
• Orders are shipped mornings, Monday - Friday 
• Domestic orders over $199 ship for free via USPS standard shipping.
• If ordering a monogrammed product please allow up to 48 hrs for processing. 
• Shipping times and non-flat rates will increase during the holiday season.

You may contact service@tannergoods.com with your order number if you need to make any changes to your shipping selection. If your order has not shipped, we will do our very best to accommodate all updated requests.

The customer assumes responsibility for additional charges on rejected and/or stolen packages.

International Shipping:

We currently provided flat-rate DHL International shipping for the EU and Canada. We will be offering more soon. Shipping costs for orders outside of the U.S. may vary depending on the destination and are displayed on the checkout page. Additional customs fees or duties may apply, depending on the destination country. We cannot estimate customs fees or duties at this time.
